Had a lovely time staying here for 4 nights! The breakfast spread was delicious, and I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a long day. The only thing was the elevator could be a bit shaky at times, but it didn't take away from the great experience! 😊

During my stay, I had a positive experience with the staff at the front desk. They were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome each time I returned to the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was solid, and the area was convenient for my needs. Overall, it was a relaxing atmosphere.
The room felt dated, and the air conditioning was not reliable, making it uncomfortable at times. Also, the pool area was not well-lit at night, which made it feel less secure.

Couple's Comfort with Some Drawbacks
The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, especially this one lady in the breakfast area who went out of her way to get me something right before closing. Plus, the room had a nice little kitchen setup which made it feel like home, even if it was only a short stay.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

I stayed for one night on a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally accommodating when we needed a makeshift conference room for a last-minute meeting. They promptly set up tables and chairs for us. The bar was a nice touch and had good service until closing at 10 PM. Breakfast was satisfying with freshly brewed coffee available, even before the official start time.
No significant negatives to report.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House in Houston and encountered a mixed bag. The staff was friendly and very helpful at check-in, which set a nice tone for my visit. I appreciated the spaciousness of my King Studio Suite, and it had useful amenities like a kitchenette with a microwave and a full-sized refrigerator, making it easy to store snacks. However, I noticed that the room felt somewhat dated and the air conditioning was unreliable, leading to uncomfortable moments. The pool area also lacked proper lighting at night, making it feel less secure. Breakfast had a solid selection, and I enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee available even before official hours. Despite the positives, improvements are definitely needed in room decor and air conditioning.
